CoC is a collaboration hub of stylish pop of rentals for home decor, universities, and large companies to connect their students with housing. We connect beautiful housewares with the profitable system of getting students in homes.

How long do students typically stay in rentals?

The length of stay for students in corporate rentals can vary depending on several factors, such as the purpose of their stay, the academic calendar, and the type of program they are enrolled in. Typically, students in corporate housing may stay for 4 to 9 months, particularly if they are participating in co-op programs, research projects, or other long-term study arrangements.

What properties do you have?

We currently have a relationship with Ponce City Market. We also own homes in Atlanta, close to the Beltline, ready for employees.

What if an employee gets fired or a student leaves school?

We have formatted our contracts and onboarding process to include clauses about moving or employee termination and the limits of the rentals. We work on an individual basis with each company to determine its housing package and limitations around termination or life changes.
